What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy for personal use. An initial order was issued in favor of the Landlord. The Tenants requested a review of that order, alleging procedural unfairness, failure to accommodate medical needs, adjudicative bias, and harassment by the Landlord's representative. The Tenants also argued they had performed major repairs and that the Landlord was acting in bad faith.

The ruling

The Tenants' request for a review is denied. The original order terminating the tenancy for the Landlord's personal use is confirmed and remains unchanged. The stay of the original order is lifted immediately.
