The ruling
The tenancy is granted relief from eviction with the condition that the Tenant pays the lawful rent in full and on time for each consecutive month commencing May 2023 and continuing through April 2024. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
