What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,554.70 by May 13, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by May 13, 2023 and pay the Landlord $6,527.67, plus daily compensation of $28 starting March 15, 2023.
