What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy because the Tenant transferred occupancy to an Unauthorized Occupant without consent. An initial order was issued in favor of the Landlord. The original order, which likely terminated the tenancy and ordered the eviction of the Unauthorized Occupant, remains in full force and effect.
