What happened
The landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant, another occupant, or someone the tenant permitted in the residential complex substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant, and seriously impairing the safety of any person in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 26, 2023. The tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The tenant must pay the landlord $87.55 per day for use of the unit starting November 2, 2023 until the move-out date, and $186 for the application filing fee. The landlord owes the tenant $2,783.55 for the rent deposit and interest, which is deducted from the amount owed by the tenant.
