What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on August 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays the outstanding rent arrears and costs. The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying the full amount owing by August 31, 2023. If the Tenant fails to pay, they must move out by August 31, 2023 and will owe additional compensation for continued occupancy.
