What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,117.02 to void the order by June 27, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must pay $117.93 to the Landlord plus daily compensation of $37.25 starting June 7, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
