What happened

The tenancy will be terminated on July 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,508.62 by June 30, 2023 or $3,589.51 by July 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $576 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by July 31, 2023.
