What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.
The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $2,402.03 by 2024-02-29 or $2,803.03 by 2024-03-04, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,741.86 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by 2024-03-04. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
