What happened

The Tenant's request for review was granted. The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent was granted. The Tenant may void the order by paying $11,316 by February 28, 2025 or $12,576 by March 31, 2025. If the Tenant does not void the order, the tenancy will be terminated and the Tenant must vacate by March 31, 2025.
