What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $894.77 on or before April 28, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $375.59 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by April 28, 2024. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
