What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants failed to void the N4 notice before the application was filed and remained in possession of the unit. The ruling

If the Tenants do not void the order, they must vacate by November 30, 2025, and pay the Landlord $7,525.38 for arrears up to the hearing date plus daily compensation of $78.25 until they move out.
