What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The parties consented to the following order: 1) Tenant shall prepare unit for pest control treatment by March 11, 2025; 2) Tenant shall clean and maintain patio in reasonable state of cleanliness until March 25, 2026; 3) If Tenant fails to comply, Landlord may apply to terminate tenancy and evict Tenant; 4) Tenant shall reimburse Landlord $186 filing fee in 3 monthly installments of $62 starting March 2025.
