What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $11,148.50 by July 31, 2023 or $13,343.50 by August 11, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by August 11, 2023 and pay the Landlord $8,092.56 plus daily compensation of $72.16 from July 20, 2023 until the move-out date.
