What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on March 2, 2023, with respect to application LTB-L-037058-22. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order issued on May 23, 2023.
The ruling
The motion to set aside the previous order is granted. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,073.80 in arrears by making specific payments by certain dates. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and the balance owing shall become payable with interest.
