The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $11,551 by September 30, 2023 or $12,747 by October 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by October 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $10,826.84 plus daily compensation of $39.32 from September 13, 2023 until move-out.
