The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $2,193 by January 31, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $862.20 to the Landlord and $5.65 per day in compensation starting June 9, 2023 until they move out.
