What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 29, 2025, unless the Tenant pays $6,354.17 to void the order. If the Tenant fails to pay or move out, the Landlord may enforce the eviction through the Sheriff on or after July 30, 2025. The Tenant is also ordered to pay $4,373.00 in arrears and costs, plus daily compensation of $34.04 until they vacate.
