What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $14,642.78 to void the order by June 17, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $10,854.32 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by June 17, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $56.71 for each day of occupation after May 25, 2023.
