The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,275.60 by 2023-08-31 or $2,509.60 by 2023-09-04 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by 2023-09-04 and pay $2,164.64 plus daily compensation of $7.69 from 2023-08-17 until move-out.
