What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $17,445.60 to void the order by June 16, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the Tenant must vacate the unit by June 16, 2023 and pay the Landlord $13,234.80, which includes rent arrears and the filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
