What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenant does not pay $3,297 by November 30, 2023 or $3,744 by December 2, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,952.90 to the Landlord and $14.70 per day in compensation starting November 8, 2023 until they move out.
