The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 10, 2023. The Tenants must move out by that date. If they do not, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting June 11, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,997.26 in compensation for use of the unit from September 21, 2022 to May 1, 2023, and $49.32 per day from May 2, 2023 until they move out.
