What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant or another occupant substantially interfering with the Landlord or another tenant's reasonable enjoyment by leaving debris, garbage, and dog feces in and around the patio.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 4, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,660.24, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 4, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
