What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's dog, Callie, not being under control and breaching the terms of a previous mediated settlement agreement. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the previous order.

The ruling

The previous order LTB-L-047727-23 is set aside. The Tenant is given another chance to comply with the terms of the previous mediated settlement agreement, including ensuring his dog Callie is under control, equipped with a bark collar, and not left unattended in the backyard. The Tenant must also enroll Callie in a dog training program within 30 days. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
