What happened

The Landlords requested a review of an order that allowed the Tenants to void an eviction order. The Landlords argued that the Tenants were prohibited from voiding the order because they had done so previously in the tenancy, and further argued that a bank hold on the payment meant the arrears were not truly paid. The Board reviewed whether a serious error occurred in the initial decision to allow the voiding of the eviction.

The ruling

The Landlords' request to review the order dated September 12, 2025, is denied. The Board found no serious error in the determination that the Tenants successfully voided the eviction order by paying the arrears before the order became enforceable. The original order confirming the voiding of the eviction remains in effect.
