What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants did not void the N4 Notice by paying rent arrears by the termination date or before the application was filed.

The ruling

Tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying specified amounts by certain dates. If Tenants do not pay, they must move out by June 7, 2024. Landlord authorized to deduct daily compensation of $51.43 starting May 14, 2024.
