What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties agreed to a standard order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants with a termination date of May 15, 2023. The parties agreed that if the Tenants vacate the rental unit by the termination date, the Landlord would waive all rent arrears.
