What happened

The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $18,163.25 by March 22, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If not voided, Tenants must pay $12,366.87 and vacate the unit, with daily compensation of $63.02 starting January 30, 2024.
