What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. An order was initially issued in favor of the Landlord. The Tenants subsequently requested a review of the order, stating they had paid all arrears and costs.

The ruling

The LTB granted the Tenants' request for review and cancelled the previous eviction order dated April 8, 2025. Because the Tenants paid all arrears and costs to the Landlord by May 31, 2025, the Landlord agreed to discontinue the application. The tenancy continues.
