What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $10,663.76 plus daily compensation of $66.50 from June 20, 2023 until the move-out date.
