What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the outstanding amount by the specified deadlines. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 30, 2024 and pay the Landlord the remaining amount owing.
