What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,306.26 plus $25.66 per day in compensation starting June 10, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 20, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
