The tenancy is terminated as of September 16, 2022. The Tenant shall pay $4,476.67 in compensation for use of the rental unit up to September 16, 2022, and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $4,677.67. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 14, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
