What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement signed by the parties on March 25, 2022 with respect to application HOL-12615-21.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 28, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,294.07, which includes arrears up to the order date, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $49.14 per day starting March 18, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
