What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant committing illegal acts, seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord, and substantially interfering with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment of the building.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by January 14, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $31.92 per day for use of the unit starting January 15, 2023 until the Tenant moves out, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 14, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
