What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order, including non-payment of rent arrears and current rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 27, 2025. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by January 27, 2025, the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement, and the Tenant will owe additional daily compensation. The previous LTB order is cancelled, and this order replaces it.
