The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 6, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $30,495.31 (less any payments made after May 5, 2023) for rent arrears up to May 26, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $131.51 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 27, 2023 until they move out.
