What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the unauthorized occupant, Keitha Atkins, as the tenant, Andy Pauze, had transferred occupancy of the rental unit to Keitha Atkins without the landlord's consent.

The ruling

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The Landlord did not establish that the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupant in an unauthorized manner. The Unauthorized Occupant is deemed a tenant under the Residential Tenancies Act.
