What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy for non-payment of rent. After a previous order was issued, the Tenants requested a review. During the review hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement to cancel the previous order and establish a long-term payment plan for the arrears.
The ruling
The request for review was granted and the previous order was cancelled. On consent, the Tenants were ordered to pay $7,046.00 in arrears. A payment plan was established for $100.00 monthly payments for 70 months starting August 1, 2025, plus a final payment of $46.00 in June 2031. Failure to make any payment allows the Landlord to apply for eviction without further notice.
