The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $5,109.20, which includes rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlords $32.88 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting June 27, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
