What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 5, 2024. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,872.96 in compensation for use of the unit from July 1, 2023 to January 9, 2024, and an additional $25.38 per day from January 10, 2024 until the Tenant moves out.
