What happened
The Landlord filed an application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. A valid N4 notice was served, but the Tenant did not pay the arrears to void it. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $17,264.68 by July 22, 2025. If this payment is not made, the Tenant must vacate by that date and pay the Landlord $14,285.10, plus daily compensation of $43.67 starting from June 27, 2025. The Landlord can file for eviction with the Sheriff if the Tenant does not move out.
