What happened
The Landlords Sartjinder Singh Lehal and Navneet Kaur Lehal applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants Silicon Properties Inc. and Temenu Theodore Asahchop due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants Zachary Myers and Melanie Cutler applied for an order determining that the Landlords Silicon Properties Inc. and Temenu Theodore Asahchop entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment, and harassed them.

The Landlords' L1 and L2 applications are dismissed. The Tenants' T2 application is dismissed.
