What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The ruling

If the Tenant fails to void and does not move out, the Landlord can enforce eviction starting September 1, 2025. In the event of termination, the Tenant is ordered to pay $217.64, which is the adjusted balance after applying the rent deposit and interest.
