What happened

The ruling
The tenant shall pay the landlord $218.70, which includes rent arrears up to December 31, 2022 and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by April 23, 2023, the tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
