What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of the Tenant and evict the Unauthorized Occupants because the Tenant transferred occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupants without the Landlord's consent.

The ruling

The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Unauthorized Occupants is granted. The Unauthorized Occupants shall move out of the rental unit by March 2, 2025. If they do not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Unauthorized Occupants shall pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application.
