What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment and for damages caused by the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex. The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $7,225.70 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage and/or replacing the damaged property, as well as $186.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $7,411.70. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 7, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 7.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
