What happened

The Landlord applied for a review of a previous order that allowed the withdrawal of her eviction application. The Landlord contended that the Board made a serious error by not ordering the Tenants to return the compensation paid in relation to an N12 notice (Personal Use). The Landlord had originally requested to withdraw the application, which the Board granted, but the Landlord later realized the compensation was not ordered back.

The ruling

The Landlord's request for a review of the order dated September 24, 2025, is denied. The original order, which closed the file following the Landlord's withdrawal request, remains unchanged. The Tenants are not required to return the N12 compensation provided by the Landlord.
