What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to significant rent arrears. The Tenant may void the eviction by paying the full amount owing ($9,667.95 if paid by Dec 31, 2025) before the order becomes enforceable. Eviction was postponed to January 31, 2026, due to the Tenant's age and financial circumstances.
